Job Description POSITION SUMMARY:
Under general direction of a supervisor, is responsible for administering the PMRF weight-handling program for all cranes, rigging gear, operator license requirements, training requirements, and documentation as required by the latest edition of the NAVFAC P-307 instruction for Management of Weight Handling Equipment.

MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES:

ntains the crane operator licensing database in PRISMS and keeps all licenses current.

Required Experience: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certifications: Two years related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.

t possess the following skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
t have computer skills to maintain the database for the MAXIMO work order tracking system and PRISMS informational system.

Experience:
fer a minimum of five years of experience in the weight handling field as a licensed crane operator, rigger, crane mechanic, provide certificates from accredited training institutions that verify completion of training in these fields.
t have the ability to conduct training classes and is competent in rigging gear inspections and certifications.
