One such opportunity exists at our Chantilly, VA location. We seek a Web Application Configuration Specialist to achieve the goals of the NGA Office of the Chief Information Office/Chief Architect (OCIO/CE), the Enterprise Engineering Enterprise Architecture Team requires the services of a Web Application Configuration Specialist. Specific work will primarily consist of configuration of web applications using predefined wizards and widgets to enable rapid reporting on NSG architecture elements and their relationships. This resource will be required to have experience with: a) The full SDLC; b) Developing JAVA scripts, XML style sheets and other XML content; c) HTML pages; d) SQL scripts for reporting, conducting requirements analysis and definition through client interaction; and e) Knowledge and understanding of CPIC, FEA, OO, and UML to capture current Enterprise Architecture Environment .
Primary Job Responsibilities:
* Creation of Project Requirement and Configuration documents. * Creation of individual dashboards using the Enterprise Elements Repository tool. * Creation of pre-defined reports and queries using the Enterprise Elements Repository tool. * Presentation of findings to technical and non-technical government/contractor resources. * Clearly communicate through verbal and written communications. * Ability to independently prioritize, plan and execute work tasks in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment. Essential Skills and Experience:
* TS/SCI (CI Poly preferred) * A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 – 10 years of IT systems and business analysis experience involving domain knowledge in DoD or IC Sectors. Preferably with the NGA or one of the other DoD IC components dealing with Intelligence. * Experience in all phase’s of the SDLC * Experience building, testing, and implementing Java Script, XML, HTML and SQL Scripts * Experience building, configuring, testing, and implementing web-based applications. * Report Development based off of SQL script output * Experience with the Enterprise Elements software tool(s). Experience with Systems Architect and Erwin modeling tools. * Working knowledge and understanding of data architecture, service oriented architecture design and XML.
