WCM Specialist - Workplace Organization
The WCM Specialist - Workplace Organization is responsible for supporting the production teams in a World Class Manufacturing ilitate and deploy methods of World Class Manufacturing (WCM). Lead cross functional teams to eliminate waste and non-value added activities to improve process efficiency through structured methods. Coordinate activities to achieve business metrics and implement World Class Manufacturing (WCM) processes with other plant pillar champions, which drive increased productivity and continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree required - Industrial Engineering degree is an asset
• Supervisory experience required
• Must be able to work any shift and overtime as needed
• High level of proficiency using Excel and PowerPoint is required
Preferred Qualifications: • Must be comfortable and able to interact with all levels of plant employees
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
• World Class Manufacturing knowledge is a definite asset
