Century is seeking a professional engineer with very good communication skills and over 8 years of experience which may include: NPDES program elements (TMDL/WLA compliance services, SWM and drainage system asset inventory/rating/retrofit, watershed assessments/ implementation plans, water quality monitoring/ analyses, GIS/ database applications, training and public outreach); SWM design; erosion control; permitting; MDE approved reviewer. Must have strong management skills and ability to: prepare technical proposals/ reports, manage contracts/ projects, assist in marketing efforts for a range of clients. MDOT or Maryland project experience is desired.
