Responsibilities: * Plans operations and assigns work to warehouse associates to attain productivity objectives. * Provides proper instruction to shift personnel to ensure that training, safety, quality, and personnel needs are met. * Responsible for the accuracy and timely completion of performance appraisals. Provides effective constructive feedback, including: teaching, coaching, counseling, and development with assigned employees as appropriate. * Maintains necessary records and coordinates activities with internal and external customers as necessary. * Proactive in promoting positive working relationships with all employees, and effectively communicates company policies, guidelines, and procedures. * Monitors and directs daily activities related to achieving safety and housekeeping goals. * Supports management of staffing, equipment, facilities, and other resources through input and actions. * Ability to react to change productively and handle other tasks as assigned. * Performs related duties as required. Position Purpose and Requirements:
This position is responsible for the daily supervision of warehouse operations and coordination of operations activities including: shipping, receiving, returns, data entry, kitting, and prepack. Assists in coordination of other operations activities including cycle counting, bin consolidation, inventory control, etc. Direct responsibility in helping to achieve and exceed performance metric objectives.
Basic Requirements: * Bachelor’s Degree or at least 6 years of Warehouse Distribution experience * At least 3 years of Warehouse Distribution experience
