The Vendor Manager is responsible for maintaining relationships with and driving performance of several international sales call center operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned
Responsible for relationship management with two to four international outsourced sales call centers
Responsible for performance management and implementation of strategic initiatives as they related to said call centers
Required to achieve targets related to new customer acquisition, revenues, efficiency and other key performance measurements
Participates in development of fiscal budgets
Oversees hiring, training and recruiting needs in concert with international teams
Provides daily leadership and communications to outsourced locations
Complies with management reporting and communications as requested
Internationally traveling to call centers at least once per quartet

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, or 2 years of related experience; and 4 years related experience, including 2 years supervisory/management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
