Major Job Duties Include:
Focus on the coordination and execution of product development team's validation activities. Individuals in this position are responsible for coordinating RBNA/Engineering Testing Center (ETC)'s activities with those of the product development team ensuring that the group's timing meets all the timing and cost targets of our team's customer. This includes:
*Negotiation of testing requirements with the customer
*Development and driving of group-level program schedules
*Maintenance of open point lists
*Coordinate the development of validation cost estimates
*Tracking of validation costs and leading efforts to steer against variances from the plan
*Work with other validation engineers on the proper scheduling and utilization of both internal and external testing assets
*Assist in the development of testing instructions and test reports in conjunction with the Reliability Engineering team
*Needs to be self-motivated to learn the product (Basic product knowledge) a must

Major Job Requirements Include:
*Bachelor's in engineering (electrical engineering preferred) with a minimum of 5+ years of experience
*Proven project management experience leading a multi-disciplinary team
*Strong organizational and analytical skills
*Good customer interface and negotiation skills
*Ability to multi-task
*Extensive use of Microsoft Project
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired:
*Solid knowledge of CAN serial communication networks
*Experience with the Vector CANtech CANAlyzerand CANoe tools
*Experience in negotiating with US automotive OEMs
