Manages training schedules, registrations, and announcements for development training. May conduct New Hire Systems Orientation for new employees. Interfaces with all company employees and outside vendors to and resolves curriculum questions, requests and issues.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  •  Serves as primary contact for the training group.
  • Administers training schedules, registrations and communications for corporate and all locations.
  • Provides research and guidance for all participants regarding training requirements, course curriculum, and certification processes.
  • Coordinates the reproduction and fulfillment of training documentation.
  • Responsible for all assigned training images facilities coordination of each course.
  • Acts as liaison between training group and outside trainers, which includes but not limited to setup of physical classroom and administrative necessities.
  • Maintains training management systems.
  • Provides monthly training reports to appropriate managers and staff.
  • Responsible for the administration of training evaluation surveys.
  • Other duties as required.  This list is not meant to be a comprehensive inventory of all duties and responsibilities assigned to this position.

None


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Associates Degree in a related field or one year of related experience; and one year of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must Have Training Experience (minimum of two years manager level presentation)

Strong Computer Skills a Must

Experience in Microsoft Access (Advanced level or higher)
