Join our dedicated and talented team of individuals all focused on creating the best products in the marketplace. We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Traffic Quality Analyst (NPW) in our Glendale office. This is a contract position.
Responsibilities:

• Analyze very large volumes of data spanning all clients to interpret traffic patterns and distribution of clicks and impressions, document conclusions and make system and process recommendations to identify and mitigate abuse.
• Develop algorithms, tools and techniques to efficiently investigate invalid click, publisher, and traffic quality escalations.
• Serve as an escalation point for all traffic quality issues, including:
• Working with other Traffic Quality Engineers to gather issue information, assess business impact and resolve issues, escalating to product groups as needed.
• Creating process or troubleshooting documentation in the support knowledge base.
• Help foster innovation in tool and process development including the following:
• Gain intelligence and expertise in the area of traffic quality for advertisers and publisher by actively participating in blogs/forums and industry events for P4P Search, Malware, Content Ads, Analytics and/or Traffic Quality

Qualifications :

• 2-3+ years working in security and/or web forensics, preferably with organic or paid search technologies, web analysis tools or web development, in an ecommerce, publishing network, or online advertising environment.
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel using pivot tables, macros, and formulas .
• Exceptional research, analytics, presentation and communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Functional understanding of different types of malware, adware, viruses, replication methods, indicators, and potential effects.
• Strong understanding of internet trends and industry players.
• Understanding of service & support operations best practices.
• Solid technical and business background.
• Solid project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and communicate task status at various stages appropriately.

• BS or BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics or related technical discipline experience preferred.
