Job Description :
Bosch Rexroth, Rochester Hills, MI has an immediate opportunity for a pro-active, self motivated Test Engineer to join our growing team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: support electrical/hydraulic testing and validation of Hydraulic- Hybrid components/systems during development, design validation (DV) and process/production validation. Other duties include: creating and writing test procedures/reports; setting up instrumentation; and the execution of test plans/instructions under laboratory and test track conditions.
Job Requirements :
Minimum job requirements include: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum of three years of vehicle/system test experience in automotive or hydraulic test experience. Previous vehicle test experience related to engines, braking and powertrain components. Experience with test instrumentation on vehicles. Must have the ability to create and write test procedures/reports. Set up instrumentation and execute vehicle test instructions/plans under laboratory and test track conditions. Ability to manage priorities and support multi-tasking activities. Desirable to have experience with ETAS acquisition hardware and Inca/MDA software. Desirable to have a CDL-class B.
