Technical Writer - Partner Operations
Our client's partner business continues to grow. In order to provide their partners with top notch support and documentation, we're looking for a technical writer to develop materials to aid in that effort.
Here is what you get to do:
Work on emerging partner projects for both domestic and international markets, covering an array of products and features
Partner with a broad range of internal teams to document what it takes to make our partners successful
Create and maintain a “best in class" suite of knowledge, including development of an organization strategy that makes information easily accessible to everyone who needs it
Showcase your project management skills by managing and prioritizing multiple documentation requests simultaneously
Help shape the department by implementing processes and procedures and defining best practices
Requirements:
Here is what you will need to be successful:
3-5 years of technical writing experience required
BA/BS degree required, Masters degree preferred
Proven experience creating documentation for the Business-to-Business space
Advanced knowledge of Adobe FrameMaker
Excellent interview skills with ability to cut through the fog to identify the requester’s needs and address them, sometimes with little guidance
Quick learner with technical aptitude
Strong program management skills
Impeccable communication style – both written and verbal
Self-starter attitude with ability to execute on deadlines
Flexibility and willingness to shift gears as needs change
