Technical Writer Role -Respond to requests to update help content used by business units. -Prioritize personal work assignments resulting from ATC (Add to Calendar) or project assignments. -Conduct needs assessment and update help content or develop help content related solutions that fit the business need. -Act as a liaison to business for work assignments including asking fact finding questions, follow up on open items and help content approval. -Monitor work progression ensuring completion of work assignments by requested due date. -Ensure consistent application of team process controls.-Project management related to help content efforts.
