Buscando Ingeniero! Bilingual Technical Support Engineer (Spanish/English) Kelly IT Resources has a full time position available for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Engineer for a Technical Support Engineering position with a global company located in Denver, CO. The position will report to the Regional Manager of the AMERICAS, and will join a team of experienced staff and have extensive interaction with our global organization, as well as our diversified customer base. Your Responsibilities:
Support external/internal sales with any technical related issues
Coordinate project management between regional sales managers and project managers at HQ in Denmark
Handle complicated spare parts & service inquiries (identify correct parts etc.)
Direct contact with existing and new customers (OEM's, reseller's, end user's and consultant's) on technical issues
Participate in joint customer visits with Sales Managers
Your Qualifications:
Mechanical engineering degree preferred - alternatively a Fluid Power/Power Transmission education is acceptable - we will also consider relevant work experience as a possible substitute to above
Bilingual is a requirement -- minimum Spanish and English (written & spoken)
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Familiar with AutoCAD and/or 3D modeling
Familiar with or ability to learn ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics or SAP)
Comfortable with Microsoft Office products (as minimum Excel, Word, Power Point)
Working knowledge with hydraulic schematics and/or electrical diagrams
Understanding of PLC's (e.g. Allen Bradley) a plus
Ready to travel domestically and internationally when required (up to approx 50 days per year)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Passport needed, or ability to obtain a Passport
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
