Technical Instructor/Training Analyst- AES19535
Title: Technical Instructor/Training Analyst- AES19535 Location: AL, Huntsville Req Number: AES19535 Position Description: Will provide new equipment training and institutional training along with Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) activities in support of the Rapid Aerostat Initial Deployment (RAID) Program. Will instruct in Operations, troubleshooting, system maintenance, system administrative tasks, and tactics, techniques, and procedures. Will review and adjust POI as requested. Will conduct "train the trainer" and "train the operator" training as well as evaluate student performance by conducting written and practical exams. Will provide SME support during MREs, demonstrations, and testing. Will assist in the development, establishment and/or refinement of associated program plans, processes, and control procedures to successfully implement and execute equipment installation and training programs. Will ensure U.S. and allied Military personnel, entry through senior level, become knowledgeable and proficient with the skills needed to operate, maintain, and repair the RAID system equipment. Will conduct preventive maintenance checks and services to ensure the equipment is operational and ready to support training. Must be capable of, and will to, periodically work in other locations, some of which may be overseas in austere conditions, for extended periods of time. Must have experience with the Situational Awareness Reporting System/Tactical Operations Center Network (SARS/TOC NET). Must possess current functional skills on the Microsoft Office software suite. Must be able to obtain a U.S. security clearance which requires U.S. citizenship.
