Global HR Business Services is seeking aTalent Acquisition Recruiting Coordinator to execute and implement Talent Acquisition initiatives within recruiting. The Coordinator will serve as the Talent Acquisition administrator shared by the business units and will support efforts to ensure standardized execution of talent acquisition processes. The objective of this position is to reduce the involvement of the Human Resources Business Partners and the Talent Acquisition Recruiters in routine administrative tasks and inquiries.
Responsibilities: * Execute full life cycle administrative recruiting activities for all positions. * Support organization-wide recruiting strategy and processes. * Support Employee Referral Program and help ensure broad, ongoing communication is implemented. * Support the identification of recruiting sources including schools, job fairs, specialized recruiting sites, etc. * Provide support at job fairs and campus recruiting events. * Create and maintain job postings on internal and external job boards. * Monitor job posting dates and applicant counts in the Talent Acquisition system. * Track job postings and applicant responses. * Conduct electronic searches for candidates in the Talent Acquisition system. * Track applicants and related status in the Talent Acquisition system. * Review employment status of candidates. * Screen potential candidates. * Recommend suitable candidates from applicant pool. * Communicate qualification status to potential candidates. * Communicate potential candidate information to recruiters and hiring managers. * Contact interview team to schedule interviews. * Schedule candidate interviews. * Coordinate interview logistics and travel arrangements with candidate. * Assess whether ineligible/rejected candidate is a possible fit for alternate job postings. * Prepare job offer letter documentation and offer fulfillment package. * Review hiring documentation and verify necessary approvals or authorizations are in place. * Track signed offer letter and required legal/policy documentation. * Initiate and coordinate due diligence activities with background check vendor. * Respond to inquiries from candidates and new hires. * Coordinate and communicate new hire start dates. * Process candidate expense reimbursements. * Send required new hire processing documentation to the appropriate parties. * Complete documentation required for separations due to new hire "no-shows". * Proactively identify recruitment issues and possible resolutions. * Support recruitment policies, programs and implementation approaches. * Gather feedback from HRBPs, hiring managers and new hires on recruiting processes.

Basic Requirements / Key Capabilities: * 3 years experience within Human Resources * 2 years experience managing data; i.e. within ATS, SAP, etc. * Prior experience with full life cycle recruiting. * General understanding of talent acquisition processes. * Prior experience in using recruiting tools such as internal databases and job boards and in collecting referrals. * Expert skills in internet researching. * General knowledge of HR policies and procedures. * Excellent organizational skills. * Excellent data entry skills. * Excellent interpersonal and listening skills. * Effective communication skills (verbal and written). * Proven experience in conflict resolution. * Strong customer service orientation. * Strong sense of teamwork. * Strong attention to detail. * General project management skills. Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without visa sponsorship (U.S. citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident).
