What This Position Will Offer You: You will assist in planning, coordinating, conducting, and developing major programming applications of complex computer-based business systems. You will also provides analytical support and technical advice during the conceptualization, development, implementation, testing, and acceptance phases. In addition you will prepare cost estimates and detailed schedules for system projects and assess the performance of appropriate software systems to identify and correct problems, which impact on operation efficiency and work quality. You may provide leadership to lower level employees. Job Requirements: * Technical contact for escalated support of one or more specific business areas. * Lead developer responsible for collaborative analysis and documentation of business area system requirements. * Responsible for systems analysis, design, and development of custom ECM (Livelink) solutions using Oscript, LAPI and Java. * Analyze and develop system integration and site/user acceptance tests for validated and non-validated systems. * Administration of ECM (Livelink) in multi-server and clustered environments required. * Must be well organized and able to maintain logs of changes and release management. * Must follow related Standard Operating Procedures and Work Practices. * Ability to assume day-to-day operational and support responsibilities for portions of the application portfolio required. * Author and manage technical documents such as System Requirements Specification, System Configuration, System Design Specification, Release Notes, and Traceability Matrix. Education and Experience Required: Requires Bachelor's degree (in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field) or equivalent, and five to seven years of related (systems analysis and complex business systems support) experience. Requried: * 4+ years ECM (Livelink) administration, development with custom workflow, custom views, custom module development, and performance enhancements experience required. * 6 years IT work experience required, to include ability to write PL SQL scripts. * Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills * Specifically, ability to effectively communicate with both technical team and Business area stake holders required. * Ability to work and contribute in a team environment required.
Desired: * Web development experience is a plus. * General business support applications (workflows, electronic forms, prepopulated data entry, dashboards, etc.) experience is a plus. * Customer Service support experience is plus * Open Text Certification is a plus. Security Requirements: ie. Must hold an Active TS/SCI clearance. Qualifications Requires Bachelor's degree (in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field) or equivalent, and five to seven years of related (systems analysis and complex business systems support) experience. Additional Qualifications Successful candidate will have completed a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
