Systems Engineering Support Analyst 3\4
The BCA Interior Certification Integration core team has an immediate opening for a Systems Engineering Support Analyst 3/4. Key roles include working complex Interior Certification integration projects, which may include working with Engineering, Procurement, Regulatory Administration, Information Technology, FAA, etc. You will perform research, analyze and compile complex technical data for certification products and systems to optimize cross model systems.
Apply complex systems engineering processes, methodologies and tools to the design of systems, and new product development. Derive and develop complex architectures, functional requirements, refinements and product designs. Assist in the integration of technical, cost, value, risks and specialty engineering considerations into definition of the product. Interfaces with other members of the project or program teams, management to meet group, organization and company objectives. Perform technical planning and control; maintain and improve processes and software tools. Oversee training, lead and mentor others. Work under minimal direction.

Complete knowledge of the interaction between departments/ disciplines and how their products/processes affect one another and impact non-engineering processes (e.g., Operations, Logistics, Business).
Preferred - Extensive and specialized knowledge of responsibilities and tasks performed by various Engineering departments/disciplines (e.g., design, test, software, technology, avionics). Typical Education/Experience
Level 3 - Technical bachelor's degree and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 3 or more years' or a PhD degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study. Level 4 - Technical bachelor's degree and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 7 or more years' or a PhD degree with typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
