Systems Engineering Manager K
Avionics Systems first level manager to lead a dynamic team of system engineers on B-1 Bomber systems modernization programs in Oklahoma City, OK. Candidate manager will perform engineering and technical activities in the area of Systems Engineering for all phases of program development and maintenance. Primary duty will be development and baseline of initial requirements to support concept development and their verification during flight test. Candidate will be working with SEIT IPT, other aircraft ITPs and customer/user towards development of situation awareness, data link, defensive system, aircraft sensors, weapon targeting and mission planning. Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and set operational goals. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes, as well as, manage, develop and motivate employees. Additionally candidate will be responsible for proposal inputs and program planning, cost estimates, requirements maturation, and proposal development.
