Below is a description of the responsibilities and requirements for this position: The candidate will serve as the requirements manager working directly for the project manager. This project is part of a program to develop a distributed, VLDB. The selected candidate will be responsible for: - Leading the system requirements capture. - Requirements interface with the stakeholders. The selected candidate must possess an active TS/SCI with LS Polygraph. Specific Skills Required: * At least eight years experience in planning and analyzing requirements for processing and storage retrieval systems on mid- to large-scale developmen programs as a system architect or systems engineer - Expertise in guiding teams thru the Configuration Control Board (CCB) Processes, capturing requirements and action items- Understanding analytical needs and requirements - Demonstrated experience in tracking the interfaces and dependencies between systems - Requirements traceability tracking experience - Experience with net-centric system architectures. Preferred Skills: * Oracle RAC experience desired * DOORS experience desired * MS Project experience desired
