Job Title Systems Analyst Engineer Job ID Number 598095 Company Advanced Information Systems Location McLeansville, NC Job Category Information Technology Job Description Job Description: The successful candidate will have the ability to work within a team and to use analytic tools, techniques, models and simulations to perform system level analysis and support the development of system level requirements, the decomposition of system requirements to lower level subsystems and assemblies and the verification of the requirements. This position performs and supports the following systems engineering duties:- Development and refinement of system level models - System Performance analysis, modeling and simulations- Dynamic and static analysis of mechanical systems- Hydraulic systems modeling and analysis- FEA of mechanical components and systems- Environmental Analysis (e.g. Shock, Vibration and Thermal analysis)- Cable Mechanics analyses - Materials analyses- System load case analyses- Performs Concept of Operations (CONOPS) analysis and refinement.- Supports System level requirements analysis and decomposition.- Leads systems engineering trade studies. - Participates in design reviews, gives technical presentations, and writes technical reports to provide status, results, and solutions to customers. - Supports the development of test planning and requirements verification ference will be given to candidates that have experience with complex marine and/or subsea mechanical deployment Requirements: Typically requires a bachelora??s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 a?? 8 years of related experience or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering and 3 a?? 5 years of related work experience. Related work experience includes: systems engineering of mechanical systems with demonstrated experience using one or more analytical tools (e.g. FEA, SolidWorks Simulation, Mathcad, Orcaflex). Due to the nature of work performed at our facilities, U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance is required.
