One such opportunity exists at our Bethesda, MD location. We seek System Architect to support the NGA OCIO IT Strategic Planning & Policy (CP) Directorate needs Enterprise Engineering support to facilitate enhancement of Information Sharing Capabilities with Allied partners, principally the Commonwealth nations.
Primary Job Responsibilities: * Knowledge of NGA communication/sharing capabilities with Allies: QNet, StoneGhost, etc. * Knowledge or experience with ODNI and /or DoD (military experience qualifies as DoD) * Familiarity with data storage, data transfer, data discoverability * Ability to understand high-level communications diagrams and proposed modifications * History of being a self-starter who formulates and proposes solutions to IT issues relating to ODNI and NGA’s communication networks with the Allies. Essential Skills and Experience: * Minimum 7 years experience with NGA and/or DNI policies and systems. * Knowledge of basic NGA office functions and responsibilities * BS (MS preferred), or equivalent experience in a technical discipline * Ability to work in a teaming environment
