Major Job Duties Include: *Maintain high visibility and monitor demand for SCA (Supply Chain Academy) in US & CN *Actively promote SCA(Supply Chain Academy) offerings at all levels of leadership *Identify communication venues/methods to continually provide visibility for SCA (Supply Chain Academy) *Develop a systematic approach to link local SCA needs with new course development *Provide strong linkage to central SCA team and represent US & CN regions rollout and maintenance of SCA training programs *Assess annual training demand and develop overall training plan *Coordination of SCA activities with CP/ASC-MX *Analyze courses to ensure the training content is suited for US & CN and work with CP/ASC to modify content as needed *Evaluate the development of training courses and trainer. Initiate train-the-trainer sessions as needed *Identify regional specific classes needed *Identify internal and external trainer needs Support of Bosch Training Center (BTC-NA) *Partner with BTC-NA to ensure timely development of SCA courses *Provide input on selection of external training partners as appropriate RBNA Supplier Diversity leader *Develop purchasing base reflective of the customers & communities we do business with *Have a working knowledge of NMSDC (National Minority Supplier Development Council) certification and qualifications required to be a MBEs (Minority Business Enterprises) *Monitor and report diversity spend both internally and externally *Interface with all departments to identify purchasing opportunities and ensure that W/MBEs have the opportunity to bid competitively *Develop and maintain a directory of pre-qualified W/MBEs by commodity *Serve as the contact for W/MBEs interested in doing business with the company *Actively participate with local & national W/MBE council activities *Maintain relationship with OEM's diversity development groups
Minimum Qualifications Include: *4 year engineering or business degree with preferable advance study in technical or business field *5 years of experience at Bosch with a minimum of 3 years in purchasing of logistic related activities *Strong knowledge of Bosch purchasing/logistic related systems *Willingness to travel and perform in a dynamically changing environment *Second language abilities, preferably in German or Spanish
