Supervisor--Prototype Bill Of Material
The Supervisor - Prototype Vehicle Bill of Material is responsible for the supervision of 15 employees and the creation of Bills of Material for all Mule & Prototype Vehicle Build Programs; approximately 60 programs per year. They will also manage part changes during the prototype build phase and re-design the current process to develop a streamlined production-like system.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
• Ten (10) years combined experience in Vehicle Engineering/Prototype Build/ManufacturingPreferred Qualifications
• Extensive knowledge of Bill of Material Process
• Must have exceptional team-building and leadership skills along with organizational excellence
• Must be proficient in mainframe/database/computer systems
• Must have superior communication and presentation skills
