With a client base consisting of utilities, commercial developers and heavy industry, capital project values are typically high and form an essential part of national or commercial infrastructure. Job Description The office based project delivery function provides expertise in all aspects of substation design and works on stand alone assignments as well as part of multi-disciplinary teams. As part of this role, the successful candidate will undertake assignments covering the delivery of high voltage (up to 400kV) substations and the design/condition assessment of existing substations. Primary responsibility will be to interface with the client and lead multi disciplined teams to ensure the safe delivery of the project Candidate Specification Applicants will be degree/HND qualified in an electrical discipline and have relevant experience. Experience in an EHV substation environment, together with excellent communication skills are essential along with a full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel to different locations in the UK and possibly overseas.
