Position Description Initiates the evaluation of customer needs, business strategies and constraints by utilizing analytical techniques and extensive customer contacts to formulate the best product/service offering.

Analyzes market trends to anticipate and shape customer requirements.

Initiates alternative scenario planning exercises to achieve risk mitigation in order to position the company''s products and services for continued growth.
