We have an excellent opportunity for a Steel Panel Manager/Engineer at our Troy, OH Manufacturing facility. In this position, the successful candidate will perform the following job responsibilities: 1) Manage high volume polyurethane lines including all aspects of the chemical distribution system, optimizing material formulas and chemical yields. 2) Coordinate process technician initiatives, including product quality. 3) Manage process technicians on three shifts. 4) Manage and drive safety and productivity initiatives. 5) Recommend and implement continuous improvement ideas. Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or other technical field or equivalent education plus experience is required. Prior PUR, resins, polymers and composite materials experience and prior supervisory or managerial experience required. Excellent communication, leadership and organization skills are required.
