Requirements
The successful candidate will have: * A minimum of 3 years C/C++ experience * Standard cell design, understanding of functionality and usage * Cell characterization * Circuit partitioning/algorithms * Circuit power/timing/signal integrity/characterization * TCL or similar scripting language * CAD development experience * Experience in .lib, ECSM, CCS formats
