We are currently seeking a Sr. Photolithography Process Engineer to join the growing team at our Orem, UT facility!
Duties:
1) Candidate will be a member of the Optic's Process Engineering Team.
2) Documentation of experiments and investigations will be published per Moxtek standards
3) Primary focus will be in the photolithography tools and processes.
- Ownership of photolithography systems
- Resist & Developer Technologist
- Exposure system support for continuous improvements
- Implement statistical process control including control charts and OCAP's
- Determine best practices for photolithography procedures.
- Trouble-shoot and implement solutions for photolithography issues
4) Support the effort to manufacture 120 nm pitch objectives
- New resist evaluations
- Compatibility requirements with current systems
- New chemistry requirements
- Exposure source interactions
5) Measurement considerations
- Training and coordination with other team members for overall project support
- Mentor for Process engineering or team support.
- Learn a second processing discipline (etch, film deposition, Modeling etc.).
Qualifications:
- B.S.; M.S.; or PhD in engineering discipline or science related field
- 5+ years’ experience in fabrication manufacturing such as semiconductor, solar, or laser related industry
- 2+ years of photolithography experience or related field
- Preferred Skills: Statistical process Control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE), & Advanced Problem Solving
