Sr. Manufacturing Engineer – Industrial Project Manager/Engineer
Extrusion Dies Industries, a leading global supplier of tooling for the plastics processing industry, is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer with a passion for process development and documentation. The Sr. Manufacturing Engineer will oversee the design, integration and improvement of our manufacturing systems and other related processes. You will also work to refine our product designs in order to increase production rates and decrease costs.

Job Responsibilities
As a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer, you will identify opportunities or implement changes to improve products or reduce costs using your knowledge and experience with close tolerance machining and metal removal processes, capital equipment specifications and large scale project management.
Additional responsibilities for the Sr. Manufacturing Engineer include:
- Providing technical expertise and support to team members
- Incorporating new methods and processes to improve existing operations
- Reviewing product designs for manufacturability or completeness
- Training production personnel in new or existing methods
- Designing, installing or troubleshooting manufacturing equipment
Sr. Manufacturing Engineer – Industrial Project Manager/Engineer
Requirements:
As a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer, you must have excellent time and project management skills. You must also be able to work well on a team and have superior verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Additional requirements of the Sr. Manufacturing Engineer include:
- BS degree in an Engineering field; MS degree, preferred
- 7-10 years of progressive manufacturing experience
- Proven ability to achieve results
