Major Job Duties Include:
*Perform ECU system engineering tasks for ECU development program, both at Bosch and on-site at customer location, as required
*Coordinate Software functional requirements with the design groups of Bosch and the customer
*Develop functional requirements
*Perform rapid-prototyping to support functional requirement development, as required
*Test/validate new Software packages
*Support customer test trips on hot and cold trips, altitude tests, validation, etc
*Initiate/participate in program review meetings, interface studies, design reviews, etc
*Lead failure analysis investigation of sample parts
*Perform trouble shooting of Software and Hardware
*Help develop diagnostic procedures and evaluate service tools

Minimum Job Duties Include:
*BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or BSME with a controls background
*Minimum of 3 years professional relevant work experience
*Emphasis on team work and good communication skills
*Adaptability to work in an international company on a project with teams in multiple countries
*Good interpersonal skills with a cross functional team
*""Hands-on"" approach needed

Preferred:
*MS Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or MSME with a controls background
*Experience working with electronic engine or vehicle controls
*Knowledge of German language
*Diesel injection system control experience
*Hands-on experience with common rail systems
