Must have a PE. Must have experience in LEED energy modeling and conducting energy audits. Minimum of seven years experience in Engineering, project management. Must have familiarity with a wide variety of energy conservation measures related to HVAC and lighting systems. Must be skilled in budget control, quality assurance, field verification, assessment, project management and troubleshooting problems. This position requires a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with an ability to write technically, prepare memos, spreadsheets, reports and proposals. Must be familiar with AutoCAD, Trane Trace Carrier HAP, DOE E-Quest or similar programs to generate energy models. Successful candidate will be responsible for completing assigned tasks on time and within allotted budget. Must be a good communicator with excellent verbal and written skills with a high degree of computer literacy and electronic communications skills. Must be able to supervise a team of two to three people on some projects and develop a good working relationship with the client. Candidate must be comfortable presenting in front of project team and Owner. Must have current, valid drivers license. Job Description: Primary responsibilities include leading a team on a variety of commissioning and energy project. Teams will be performing energy field assessments, documenting findings, energy modelings and producing drawings and specifications. Position will be involved in Commissioning, Field Verifications and site assessments, central plant and utility infrastructure design, LEED design, BIM/Revit, and wastewater plants.
