SharePoint Collaboration Lead
The SharePoint CollaborationLead is responsible for supporting the vision and mission of the SharePoint Center of Excellence in the deployment, support, and maintenance of SharePoint 2010. Work with business owners and SME's understanding business needs and creating specifications and solution vision. Define and implement application architecture, design, and develops original and creative technical solutions meeting scalability, security, quality, and performance standards. Develop and facilitate process changes regarding best practices, processes, policies. Manage project teams (implementation and development) in a matrix organization of departments, staff and vendor resources. Work some late night and weekends to support fast moving projects and maintenance window.
Basic Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree • Minimum of 5 years IT experience • Minimum 4 years experience implementation and development with collaboration technology, preferably SharePoint 2007 or later • Microsoft Office desktop application integration with SharePoint
Preferred Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science • Masters Degree • MCTS Certification preferred in either SharePoint, or SharePoint Foundation (or similar previous versions) • Creation of SharePoint 2010 workflow solutions with Visio, SharePoint Designer, and Visual Studio • Excellent communications (written and verbal) and collaboration skills with experience of working in a collaborative team environment and with people at all levels of the organization • Exhibits the ability to navigate organizational change, while maximizing value of packaged solutions and fulfilling the needs of users • Ability to design, develop and implementation solutions that meet business specifications • Proven track record of delivering complex projects with multiple team members • A self-starter who takes ownership of a task and projects and ensure successful completion with the ability to balance multiple conflicting project priorities • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
