Job Description: URS has got huge growth plans, and we are looking for committed, motivated people to help us deliver them. We are currently recruiting for a Senior Signalling Designer in Glasgow.
As a Senior Design Engineer you will have hands on delivery of technical challenges provided by a wide range of signalling related projects, and undertake or independently check complex detailed signalling design work. As such you will have a thorough understanding of signalling principles backed by technical qualifications and with demonstrable experience in the railway environment.
At this level we would also expect a high level of commercial awareness, building relationships with URS clients and understanding the wider financial and commercial implications of your actions.
