Job Description: URS are enjoying huge expansion and an increase in projects throughout Australia.
Currently in NSW, our Surface Transport Team is thriving, and as a consequence, a number of positions involving CAD, MX and 12D require filling.
For this particular role, a highly experienced MX Designer is required to use their skills and knowledge in a friendly but busy environment.
You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks and responsibilities including:
. Leading civil designs and undertaking technical work associated with road, railroad, traffic and transport, and land development design. . Being accountable for teamwork and staff development on projects. . Undertaking a diverse range of road geometry designs using MX software package in the areas of feasibility, preliminary and detailed design and tender/construction of major roads and highways. . Implementation of quality and design management systems; . Communicating directly with technical and non-technical clients
