Senior Regulatory Development Engineer
The Senior Regulatory Development Engineer is responsible for developing models and applying statistical and mathematical methods to optimize technology pathways necessary for compliance with new fuel economy and greenhouse gas lyze technology options, costs and benefits across the product portfolio. Plan luate trade-offs with other requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required (advanced degree in Business or Finance would be a plus) • Strong background in mathematics and an understanding of statistics
Preferred Qualifications:
• Five or more year's automotive industry experience in Vehicle Engineering, Powertrain, Alternative Propulsion Systems, Quality or Scientific Laboratories • Experience creating Excel spreadsheets and applying statistical functions required, with experience using statistical methods in MINITAB highly desirable • Self-motivated, critical thinker with strong verbal and written communication skillswho is data driven with the ability to reach consensus
