• Outlines the test Strategy and plan and test coverage including scope definition, resource identification, risks and schedule.
• Provide testing estimates for future projects.
• Manage the testing coordination during projects for onsite and offsite testers by performing a test lead role.
• Provide clear and concise testing status reports.
• Prepare defect and scripting metrics.
• Performs requirements and test design/case reviews , implement test cases, generate and track defects reports.
• Must have experience with  Test Management Tools such as HP Quality Center.
• Must have experience with different SDLC methodoligies (e.g. Waterfall and Agile)
• Test the full range of Web applications and functions on multiple platforms.  Including application performance on different browsers, adhearence to business rules, back end database validations at table and field level.
• Must work with developers and clients to gather information for requirements clarification.
• Create and distribute daily/weekly status reports to update manager on current/fugure work and issues found during test. 
• Compiles and analyzes metrics on testing activities and generate testing status reports.
• Assists in the implementation of regression test beds to meet system plans and strategies.   

Bachelors degree (B.A.) and five years of related experience; or six + years of testing web applications, experience is required.   Previous experience scripting and testing:
