With over 2000 pieces of equipment installed world-wide over the past 35 years, we are at present experiencing unprecedented growth. We are presently looking for a Senior Mechanical Drafter with a minimum of 5 years of experience who can take equipment specifications and develop drawings for fabrication, within a manufacturing setting. The Senior Mechanical Drafter will be working with experienced engineers to create various drawings for the fabrication of industrial combustion equipment. Responsibilities: Create fabrication drawings both in 2D and 3D with AutoCAD Inventor, under the direction of the Operations Manager, Project Manager and Process Engineers Interpret engineering calculations and sketches from Process Engineers Qualifications: Diploma in mechanical engineering from a recognized institution Working knowledge of AutoCAD Inventor Working knowledge of plate and pipe fabrication details. Understanding of welding technology and practices Understanding of ASME codes and designs for pressure vessels. Knowledge of instrumentation and controls. Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal. This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a diverse group of people.
