Position Contingent Upon Contract Award
Performs program management and operational support to analyze, develop, automate and submit operational plans for approval by THE MARINE CORPS LOGISTICS COMMAND (LOGCOM). Job to include implementing procedures and providing program coordination, interface, monitor, research, administration, business rules, document support, support analysis, formulation of logistics topics, initiatives and strategic plans, and technical operational expertise and manpower support. Services to included logistics planning, business process reengineering, project management, policy development, communications/design support, subject matter expertise, NBC, analysis support, business case analysis, knowledge management support, cost analysis, bid proposal services, supply chain management. Must be expert in total life cycle logistics support, including operational and acquisition logistics. Will be supporting one of the following principal staff agencies at Marine Corps Logistics Command (LOGCOM), Albany, GA: 1) Distribution Management Center, 2) Maintenance Management Center; 3) Logistics Capabilities Center; 4) Program Support Center: Logistics Operations Center; 5) Supply Management Center, 6) Maintenance Center. Support also required for the Maintenance Center, Barstow, CA and Blount Island Command, Jacksonville, Fl. Must have 4 to 10 years of experience in logistics program management and operations. Must have an understanding of Marine Corps MAINTENANCE AND SUPPLY Programs and Policies AT THE LOGCOM LEVEL. Masters Degree & 4 years' related MARINE CORPS experience AT THE DEPOT LEVEL or Bachelors Degree & 6 years related MARINE CORPS experience AT THE DEPOT LEVEL or Associates Degree & 8 years related MARINE CORPS experience AT THE DEPOT LEVEL or High School Diploma or equivalent & 10 years related MARINE CORPS experience AT THE DEPOT LEVEL OF MAINTENANCE AND SUPPLY.
