Senior Level Graphic Designer with an emphasis in packaging and retail
We are looking for a confident, passionate and talented designer who wants to push their design skills to a global stage.
Have top notch packaging design skills along with expert understanding of branding systems and how to communicate and sell designs within a large corporate structure.
Report to the Brand Experience Design manager.
This position will focus in retail design solutions such as packaging, point of sale solutions, interactive retail concept environments innovative thinking around ways to delight our customers.
The ideal candidate will be able to lead their own projects concept through production, aligning themselves with the right teams inside the company who feed requirements and to ensure designs are executed at the highest standard.
Assignments can be complex, requiring initiative, wherewithal, attention to detail and a great imagination of thinking beyond where we are today- all while balancing schedules and the tactical day to day assignments.
Gather information, analyze, develop and produce retail graphic design solutions as a part of the overall Brand Experience team.
Areas of focus would be retail design solutions which would include packaging design, point of sale, environments and social media tactics while contributing to the corporate team in discovering the design elements which create a unique brand personality for client.
Work within the overall identity and design program framework to ensure a cohesive brand image, protect and enhance brand equity, push the creative boundaries and help differentiate the company from the competition in all assignments.
Evangelize our brand look and feel through communication to other teams - being able to steer designs which may not fit our brand image- all in a positive and intelligent way.
Some international travel the opportunity for a 2 month overseas assignment.
Collaborates with other team members, departments and outside agencies to understand the requirements of the design project and how to get designs produced.
Requires the use of negotiation skills with others in order to comply with established Brand Experience guidelines.
Frequent interaction with senior management.
Expert understanding and skill in using the Adobe Suite (Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat and InDesign); Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
BA or BS in Graphic Design.
Minimum of 7 years experience within a design firm or corporation.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Experience at a global branding firm working with large brands.
