Senior Administrative Assistant
The Senior Administrative Assistant performs a variety of administrative functions including but not limited to managing e-mail, calendar, scheduling meetings, and answering phones in a high pressure environment. In addition, this position generates reports, tracks KPI's, researches and creates presentations. The Senior Administrative Assistant handles multiple projects/tasks specifically those related to supporting World Class Manufacturing. This position will work in a high pressure, team-oriented environment and report to a VP level manufacturing executive.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required • Minimum 2 years previous experience as an administrative assistant • Proficient in MS Office suite application software
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous automotive manufacturing experience/knowledge preferred • Superior organizational skills
