Job Purpose Summary • Strategically build and scale Community Recycling’s textile recycling market position by executing sales strategy, initiating contact with existing and potential customers, identifying and meeting customer needs
Duties: • Builds brand awareness and reputation by tending and cultivating existing retail relationships while scaling strategic growth opportunities with additional retail outlets and channels • Locates and proposes potential business deals by prospecting potential local, regional and national partners; maintains a pipeline database; discovering and exploring new opportunities; raising education and awareness of textile recycling • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations and sticking to budgets • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements and applying those ideas to all Community Recycling needs
