Job Description :
This position is responsible for providing sales support and managing the receipt and entry of orders to ensure a successful conclusion using technical and customer interface skills. Duties may include: sales support for assigned product lines, agencies and regions; solution development, pre-order sales calls, costing, floor plans and proposal writing; interfacing with sales, agents and customers to clarify specifications for order entry; managing order entry, scheduling and assisting order progress; conducting risk assessments and quality checks to ensure clear and accurate specifications; conducting customer pre- order reviews; leading kick-off meetings at Bosch and customer sites; assist with marketing company capabilities; providing input for line improvements and future product line developments; providing training to sales agents. Travel up to 20% may be required.
Job Requirements :
Minimum job requirements include: a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; a minimum of 5 years experience in packaging application, project management, design and installation; effective oral and written communication skills; good negotiation skills; a good understanding, engineering and business processes; the ability to motivate and challenge team members to achieve desired results; good Microsoft Office skills.
