Job Description:
Design of high frequency modules for the mobile communications market, especially Power Amplifier modules for GSM and UMTS Cellular phones.
Tasks will include:
Design, simulation and characterization of integrated circuits on various processes (HBT, pHEMT, BiHEMT) using modern CAD tools
Integration of various components into complex module environments including 2.5D and 3D electromagnetic simulations
Characterization of modules and design verification
Documentation and presentation of results
Job Qualifications:
* Experience on design and product development of high frequency circuits including power amplifiers and switches
* Hands-on testing RF measurement experience
* BS or MS in Electrical Engineering required, PhD optional
* Minimum of 3 years experience required
* Experience with design tools like ADS or AWR MO, and 2.5D and 3D EM Simulations (e.g. Momentum, HFSS, IE3D)
* Communication and presentation skills
