RF Design Engineer

We have an immediate need for a RF Analog or Microwave Solid State Circuit Design Engineer, specifically, with expertise in PA and discrete Multi Chip Module design. The candidate will be engaged in Planning, Designing, Analyzing, Simulating, Verifying, including production ramp support of highly integrated, high volume RF Power Amplifier and Front End Module products for wireless systems and Document and Release to Production RF/Analog/Microwave ICs for wireless applications.


Job Requirements
* Demonstrate ability to perform RF, Analog or Mixed Signal Simulations using ADS and Cadence System. In addition, strong experience in non-linear PA Design or Systems Design is critical.
* Strong Circuit Simulation Skills including HP ADS, Momentum, Cadence SpectreRF, HFSS, and/or APD
* Design experience with several of the following CDMA / WCDMA Cellular Phone Transmit Components is expected: GaAs RF Switches, PAs, LNAs, Mixers, Filters, Modulators, Demodulators, Oscillators, PLLs, and Device Models
* BSEE + 5 yrs, MSEE + 2 yrs minimum RF and Analog, or Systems Design Experience
