Responsible for managing Premise Sales Vendors to Success in each of their respective markets. The Regional Sales Execution Manager will uncover and identify new business opportunities (Alternate Sales Channels) by presenting business solutions via our division’s newly offered products and services. He/she will engage in prospecting techniques including cold calling, scheduling appointments and meeting with key decision makers at prospective customer locations to identify these Alternate Sales Channels.
Responsibilities:
· Daily evaluation of sales performance reports to include performance analysis, trends, etc.
· Monitor and address adverse impact on daily sales performance (presentations per week/month, closing rates, average revenue per sale, self generation percentage, etc)
· Ensure thorough reports are provided daily that provides metric attainments and request new reports be created as needed to capture or trend data
· Provide interpretation of company and project vision, direction and execution of sales objectives.
· Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of products and services
· Provide vendor leadership forecasting of projects and work volumes in order to manage resources and vendor planning.
· Ensure that the direction of the project continues to stay in line with original mission and goals.
· Serve as the liaison between the vendor(s) and AT&T internal departments
· Maintain and Develop relationships with existing vendors in person, via telephone and in email
· Handle new vendor launch
· Oversee vendor training of new hires and make recommendations for improvement
· Development and execution of sales planning, objectives, performance measurements, compensation and reports.
· Work closely with other distribution channel managers to define efficient sales processes and sales channel interfaces with other AT&T channels.
· Communicate openly and provides regular updates with key stakeholders, core team members, peers and managers regarding process, training and communication plans.
· Work closely with leadership of several AT&T sales channels to ensure all necessary information, system interfaces and required procedures are in place to allow channels to successfully identify qualified consumers and generate sales and referrals.
· Develop and maintain methods & procedures associated with end-to-end sales process for all Alternate Channels.
· Develop and manage channel incentives
· Collaborate with Learning Services to develop training program
· Work closely with other distribution channel managers to define efficient sales processes
· Job will include traveling to various Alternate Channels Sales and Vendor locations.
