Our Thermal Structures Mid-West Division is currently recruiting for aQuality Technician. In this position the Quality Inspector will: * Read and understand blue prints and customer requirements associated with a drawing. * Complete dimensional layouts of product * Review and assemble PPAP documents prior to submission to the customer * Participates in the creation of Process Flow Diagrams, Process FMEAs, and Control Plans * Investigates internal and external nonconforming products * Act as a member of the internal auditing teamMaintain the calibration system Job Requirements : Job Requirements:
· High school education or equivalent. · A minimum of 2 years work experience· Read, write and speak English proficiently. · Ability to speak Spanish is helpful.· Strong work ethic · A high attention to detail· Proficient in the use of shop inspection tools such as gages, micrometers, calipers and indicators. · General understanding of a manufacturing environment. · Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
