We currently produce and sell an ever growing fleet of Unmanned Aircraft Systems that are low-cost, long-endurance, and have low personnel requirements. These UASs provide a no-runway launch, unprecedented stabilized day and night video for ISR, robotic flight control, and a no-nets capture.

Opportunity Details: Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of this position is to run and maintain the asset database, perform ESD bench testing certification, and tool control program POC for the organization.
* Ensures that records of test and calibration data are kept and ensures the proper scheduling of equipment and instrumentation for calibration certification * Develop, monitor and report out metrics indicating health of calibration within the company * Reviews and recommends updates to corporate calibration procedures for technical accuracy and relevance. * Maintain frequent communication with customer base to understand their needs, and perceptions, and that expectations are being met in a timely, decisive and cost effective manner
The quality technicians have quality inspection responsibility for their assigned products and systems, from manufacture to prior to shipment. They will conduct component, subsystem, system and product inspections to assure products meet customer and engineering technical requirements: * Receiving, in process, and final inspections * Support root cause analysis, assist in developing inspection work instructions * Assist in the evaluation of workload schedules and activities to ensure appropriate resources are assigned to maintain key performance indicator targets and customer requirements * Provide supplier technical assistance * Conduct first article inspections * Control of non-conforming material * Maintains proper documentation of activities in accordance with approved procedures * AS9100 compliance * Develop/monitor quality metrics * Exercise discretion in determining appropriate plans, priorities, processes and/or courses of action required to achieve business goals, objectives, solutions and results with collaboration with senior associates. Actions, solutions, innovations or changes to policy, practice and/or precedent that impact other processes, functions and/or operating areas usually require Managerial level approval prior to implementation. Knowledge - Skills & Abilities Required:
* Knowledge of ISO17025, NAS 412, ESD, NIST, AS9100 and AS9102 standards * Knowledge of quality inspection disciplines * Ability to read and understand product definitions (prints, GD&T, functional product specifications, etc.) * Manufacturing (lean), and inventory experience preferred * Military experience preferred * Ability to travel up to 10% Education:
* High School diploma or equivalent * Associates Degree in Metroloty, Eletronic or Mecahnical Engineering preferred * Certifications preferred: ASQ Certified Calibration Technician, Certified Quality Technician
