Inspect parts/materials using appropriate inspection devices and methodology. Define Inspection Plan for proper sample sizes and key characteristics. Reocrd accepted/rejected material quanitities in history jacket or database Create and update inspection plan for new and existing parts/material. Conduct supplier first article inspectio reviews and approval. Manage DMR module in WISPER Prioritize material flow through Receiving Inspection with materials personnel. Perform nonconforming material transactions. Control and document shelf life of limited life materials. Communicate with suppliers when non conforming material or documentation is found. Job Qualifications/Educational Requirements Associates degree in a technical field preferred. Minimum 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
