Provide Quality Engineering support to the North Berwick Parts Center. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leading teams to determine the root cause of customer escapes and determine appropriate corrective/preventive actions
- Review and approve First Article Inspections
- Perform audits of product, process and work instructions
- Interface with various engineering groups and customers to resolve technical or quality issues
- Lead and/or participate in various teams in support of the department's ACE goals
- Review and implement various regulatory requirement changes
- Provide technical guidance and training to OEM Parts Inspectors
