The Quality Engineer implements a proper identification, planning, execution and recording of contractual quality requirements during the overall project execution. Coordination with all project functions and with customer representative for all project quality aspect.
* Represent Quality Assurance towards to the customer * Review the quality requirements of the customer specifications * Implement applicable directives to meet industrial requirements * Establish and implement project specific quality plans and other project specific documents * Implement all other planned quality assurance activities * Establish the overall project quality documentation, submit for approval and transfer to customers according contractual requirements * Act as NCR handler for the NCR resolution process between erection site, factories and the engineering department * Issue customer satisfaction surveys at defined project milestones. Investigate and solve customer complains concerning quality issues * Manage the assigned Project Quality Assurance Personnel * Plan, execute, record and follow-up on audits * Higher technical education * Knowledge on industrial manufacturing and quality assurance procedures * ISO 9001 in other international quality assurance codes and standards * Auditor or Lead Auditor qualification * Requires a functional understanding of the Company's organization and processes * Must understand the principals of auditing to determine a quality system's and processes adequacy and deficiencies * Requires good communication skills, verbal and written communications * Ability to interface effectively with vendors, customers, and other Company personnel * Product understanding * Min 5 years of professional experience in the scope of quality assurance * Negotiation and resolving quality problems skills * English, German * Working Permit for EU/rmal Services business mission is to provide the operators of the global installed power generation base with the most optimised services and technical solutions.
